School Council
Our School Council consists of two children from every class in KS1 and KS2...forty-eight children in total!
Henry Maynard's School Council represents the views of all our pupils. We meet together to share ideas and discuss how we can work together to make improvements to our lovely school. This gives children the opportunity to make their voices heard and feel part of the whole school community. We also strive to develop leadership skills, encouraging our children to make decisions based on feedback from their class-mates and to present their ideas with confidence within our meetings.
Our values of Community and Ambition are key to our School Council. We believe in working together to achieve greatness and are very proud of the contribution that our School Council make to developing Henry Maynard.
